Contract Attorney - Healthcare Practice Law

Boulder/Denver Law Firm has an immediate opening for a part-time/contract attorney for Healthcare/Business Law. Our intention is to transition this position to a full time associate attorney over time.
At least 1 to 3 years' experience or knowledge of transactional or healthcare or healthcare law preferred. Projects will include:
Review and Drafting of Healthcare Contracts and Agreements
Regulatory Research
Drafting, Assisting, and Advising Healthcare Clients with Practice Startups and Expansion
Professional Board and Licensing Matters
Some Litigation/Administrative proceedings

Opportunity to do some Estate Planning work.

Other Matters Depending on Experience and Knowledge

The successful candidate will be licensed in Colorado, possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills, will be technologically savvy and will be a motivated, self-starter. Prior experience in Healthcare Law and Business, or knowledge and experience in business transactional law is preferred.
